How to apply Australian Gold sunscreen?

• Apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure.

• The sunscreen can be used together with tanning cream, which should be applied immediately before sun exposure.

• The sunscreen (and tanning cream) should be reapplied at least every two hours. This frequency should be increased if you swim, sweat or rub yourself with a towel
