Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
in the case of a single order with separate deliveries: from the day on which the last item was received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Costs

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Value Reduction

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene / Medical Products)

In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB, no right of withdrawal exists for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This particularly applies to:

  • medical tests and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD),

  • cosmetic and personal care products,

  • food supplements and food products,

  • hygiene items (e.g. masks, plasters, bandages).

For products intended exclusively for professional users, self-application is prohibited; the return of opened or used goods is excluded for hygiene reasons.
