Test procedure

Read the Instructions for Use carefully before performing the test!

Before use, allow the devices, reagents, and samples and/or controls to reach room temperature (15°C–30°C).

1. Peel the foil off the extraction tube.
2. Insert the tip of the sterile sampling swab into the nostril to the appropriate depth, then rotate it 5 times in each nostril.
3. Then rotate the sampling swab in the extraction tube 8-10 times.
4. Squeeze the tube and move the swab at the same time so that as much liquid as possible is released.
5. Put the cap on.
6. Add 3 drops to each sample well (S).
7. Read the result after 10-15 minutes.
