Test Procedure

Please read the Instructions for Use carefully before performing the test.

Before use, allow the device, reagents, samples, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15°C–30°C).

1. Remove the foil from the extraction tube.
2.  Insert the sterile swab into the nostril to the appropriate depth, then rotate it 5 times in each nostril.
3. Place the swab into the extraction tube and rotate it 8–10 times.
4. Squeeze the tube while moving the swab to release as much liquid as possible.
5. Attach the cap.
6. Add 3 drops into each sample well (S).
7. Read the result after 10–15 minutes.
