Testing procedure

Please read the instruction manual carefully before testing! Allow the test and unopened reagent to reach room temperature (15-30°C) before use.

1. Tear open the aluminum foil along the notch, remove the test cassette, and place it on a flat, clean surface. Collect stool sample with the sampling swab, then remove the foil from the extraction tube. Insert the sampling swab into the extraction tube and rotate it in the reagent solution for at least 10 seconds.

2. Press the swab end against the tube wall at least five times to mix the sample thoroughly. Then squeeze the tube around the swab to remove as much liquid as possible from the swab tip. Remove the swab and close the tube.

3. Add 3 drops of the mixture into the sample well of the test cassette.

4. Wait for colored lines to appear! Read the result after 10 minutes. Results read after 30 minutes are invalid.
