Test procedure

Read the Instructions for Use carefully before performing the test. Before testing, allow the test and the unopened reagent to reach room temperature (15-30°C).

1. Tear open the aluminum foil pouch along the notch, take out the test cassette, and place it on a flat surface, on a clean table. Collect the stool sample with the sampling swab, then remove the foil from the extraction tube. Immerse the sampling swab in the extraction tube and rotate it in the reagent liquid for at least 10 seconds.

2. At the same time, press the end of the sampling swab against the wall of the tube at least five times so that the sample is thoroughly mixed. Then squeeze the tube around the swab so that as little liquid as possible remains in the tip of the sampling swab, then remove the sampling swab and close the tube.

3. Dispense 3 drops of the mixture into the sample well of the test cassette.

4. Wait for the colored lines to appear. The result must be read after 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, the result is invalid.
