Recommendations for use of the FFP2 mask:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before putting on the mask.

2. Open the packaging, taking care to touch the mask only by the elastic band and not to touch its inner or outer surface.

3. Put on the mask so that it covers both your nose and your mouth.

4. Fit the aluminium strip in the upper part of the mask to the bridge of your nose.
