Vaginal pH Rapid Test for Vaginal Infections

The easy-to-use and painless vaginal pH rapid test can help identify the most common vaginal infections by checking the vaginal pH level, including yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis (Gardnerella), or Trichomonas vaginalis infection. The rapid test supports the diagnosis of vaginal infections and helps in selecting the appropriate treatment. The test shows the vaginal pH value within minutes through a color change with 100% accuracy.

The ideal vaginal pH value ranges between 3.8 and 4.5. This acidic environment provides effective protection against infections. Vaginal pH may increase due to bacterial vaginosis, sexually transmitted infections, antibiotic treatment, estrogen deficiency, or excessive intimate hygiene.

• If the vaginal pH level is normal, but symptoms such as thick white discharge, intense itching, and a burning sensation are present, a vaginal yeast infection is likely.
• If the vaginal pH level is elevated, and symptoms such as thin, sticky white or gray discharge, unpleasant odor, and sometimes itching occur, bacterial vaginosis is likely.
