Trichomonas Vaginalis Rapid Test

The rapid test is intended for the qualitative detection of Trichomonas Vaginalis antigen from vaginal swab specimens. The infection rate is similar in men and women; in women the infection causes symptoms, whereas in men the infection is usually asymptomatic. Symptoms include vaginitis, abundant greenish discharge, itching of the labia, painful urination and urethritis. The infection is usually transmitted through direct skin-to-skin contact with an infected person, most commonly through vaginal intercourse. The product can be ordered for professional use.
