Collect the sample in a clean, dry container or on the stool collection paper supplied with the kit. Leave it to stand for 2 minutes.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e7. Tear off the plastic seal at the bottom of the test cup. Place the cup on a clean, level surface, then press the body of the cup downwards from the top and start the timer.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e8. Read the result after 15 minutes. This indicates that the antigen of the respective virus has been detected in the stool sample.\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eThe intensity of the T line does not affect the interpretation of the result: even a faintly visible T line should be interpreted as a positive result.
